Back in Oberlin
So I haven't been very good about keeping up this livejournal, but now that I'm back in the land of freezing temperatures that make you never want to leave your room, I've been spending much more time in front of the computer so there are no more excuses.
Last night I went to quarter beers at the 'sco - seeing as how it's winter term there were probably about ten people there, you know, the ones that go to the 'sco when there aren't a lot of people and dance like crazy on the nearly empty dance floor. Skeezler, as some of you know her, works there now, which is funny, because she always hated the 'sco. The night ended in me playing "beer pong" for the second time in my life with my exroommate's exboyfriend at his house and getting driven home by his housemate. Beverage most consumed last night...Pabst...
I have yet to start my Winter Term project - the problem of self motivation, but I hope to start today...really I do...
On a better note, if you kind find a theater where it's playing, go see "The Triplets of Belleville."
I believe it came out in France over the summer, but was playing a Lincoln Plaza in NYC the week I left. There are several of you I think would very seriously enjoy this movie.
