Actually, I think it might have to do with something a good friend just told me.
A project he worked on just got published in the Journal of Neurscience.
He's a programmer and wrote a really interesting program that was the foundation for this study that got published.
He doesn't have a college degree - he's self-taught - and amazingly hard worker. Not to mention, a smart guy.
Life is what you make of it. Some of us don't necessarily test well on standardized tests, or have the type of personality that allows us to forsake a great deal in order to be the top of the top in academics -
but if you're heart is in the right place and you truly work hard, you can succeeded with what you have. Helps to be smart though. :)
If I want it, I will have it, regardless of a degree from a top twenty law school versus a top thirty law school.
So, again, too bad GW. You're loss. :)
