Greensleeves

Got my itinerary confirmation in my email box the other day. It's hard to believe that it's almost over.
My feelings...
I'm excited about coming home and getting to see everyone. I had a dream about it last night, and thinking about seeing Chris again made it hard for me to sleep. I was starting to feel anxious.

But, I'm also sad.
I kind of don't want to go. If I had a job here and a longer visa, I'd probably stay longer.
My German is still not where I'd like it to be, even though I feel like I have learned a LOT.

It's a mixture of feelings, I guess. Never imagined in my life that I could be happy and sad at the same time.

Tonight:
concert in Schönbrunn of, according to the Austrian newspaper Österreich, the best orchestra in Europe, and arguably in the world. Some 80,000 people are expected to be there tonight. It's free, so that's probably why. Normally you have to book tickets months in advance and they're even still outrageously priced. I guess I can't miss it then!

Because of the concert, the BBQ has been put off until Saturday. Katherine are still worried about not getting a grill, though. You don't have to reserve, so someone may have dibs on them all already. Here's hoping they don't...

Still no internet. Yep.

The weather is awesome now. Seriously, I think I'll have a tan when I get home! Who'd've thought? Vienna?

Munich... well, I may not be able to get to go. Now that I got slapped in the face with the 87€, still have to pay back my professor for the 100€ I borrowed when I didn't have my credit card, and have to pay 40€ to take the exams here, I may have only 100€ of my deposit left to do a Munich trip. That's probably not enough for the trip there and back, housing, food, and whatever souvenirs or touristic things I partake in. If my dad comes through, then maybe. I will have another chance for sure, I hope.

Postcards are out. Expect them soon.
