Actually, you do all the same things that I do when I'm starting to feel down. I'm reluctant to use the word 'depression' as that's another thing entirely, and that's not something that just comes and goes

yeah I never do the bed to early thing.
that's the problem I see them coming but don't do a whole lot about it mainly because I don't think there is anything I can do.
