I figured out my cell phone bill, and I didn't even have to call them (yay!). I accidentally payed last month's bill twice. Apparently I have it set up so they take the amount of my bill directly from my checking account, which I don't remember authorizing. So they took the money out of my checking acount and I sent the a check

oh god it's tmobile. WELL FIGURES. next weekend our whole family is getting off that devil plan and switching to verizon. tmobile is the devil.

what did you find wrong with tmobile? because this is the only problem i've found thus far.

You should get Verizon and then we could talk for free all day!!! LOL!! In most cases its cheaper to and if they screw up or something was annoying for you like my phone's microphone not working they send you money and a new phone and say I am sorry that our products caused you problems!!!
