...3rd Day of Herbalife.
This journal makes my ups and downs. And of coz my ups and downs with my constant struggle with weight.
5 years ago, I bumped into an old classmate who looked like an auntie. I vowed not to be like her. Then I started on a dieting program and lost 12.4kg in half a year. Too bad, I got pregnant the moment I reached my dream weight of 50kg.
5 years later, after 2 childbirths (ie. spending 18mths pregnant and another 19.5mths breastfeeding), I looked at myself in the mirror and was disgusted with what I saw. I know it is time for me to do something for myself, instead of self pitying and stuffing myself silly with food when things are down.
Here I am, in my 3rd day of dieting. I do not need to reach my dream weight this time round, instead a healthy weight of 55kg would be good.
My Statistics
2nd Nite of Dieting = 69 kg
(I thought I weighed more than 70+kg. Perhaps I lost some during the first two days already?). Anyway, that's my baseline.
