So the problem with my cousin's heart is here aeolla (can't spell it) which is the major artery in your heart apparently. Her's is nearly pinched shut which makes her heart work 3 times harder than it should. She's 3 and goes in surgery tomorrow. They do about 29 of these a year and they go well. They will stop the blood flow to the lower half of her body for 20 min. which may result in problems with internal organs. Her heart won't recognize that it does not have to work that hard right away so she has to stay in intensive care til it settles down. But all should go well.
