i think i've finalized a schedule for senior year (finally!). here's what i'm thinking:

• English AP
• Spanish AP
• German III Honors
• Gym (2 sem.)
• Philharmonia Honors
• Indie Study with Mr. Culver
• Music Theory AP

and they can try to stop me all they want, but that's what it's going to be. i'm not taking no for an answer. this may look like an easy schedule, but i'm going to be working my ass off preparing for my auditions. i'll need all the time i can get for practicing. and i just won't be able to do that if i load up on hard coarses like calc ap., or even psych ap. everything depends on my auditions... the way things are now, i have far too little time to practice. i just have way too much work, and i'm behind on everything for the coming week... i gave this a lot of thought... i'm not sure if mr. culver teaches music theory ap or if msg does, but i'm fully prepared (and willing) to have mr. culver for 3 different classes at the same time. i need all the help i can get, and he's willing to give it to me. i know that if i distract myself with hw and regular work and grades, i won't be nearly as prepared as a musician as i should be. you know what? i don't care anymore. music is what matters, and music is what it's going to be. i'm not changing my mind. and that's final.
