My computer, Micca, hates me. I think he's determend to only allow me to play WoW at this point.
So, for the past few days, I've been trying, desperately to get HASH Animation:Master up and going to finish a commission for Ch'marr that is long since overdue. I have gotten nowhere.
As with most high-end programs, there is copy-protection on the disk and you can't run the program without the disk in the drive. For a while now, the copy of Hash I had been using (2005 v12.0) has been giving my drive connipshits. I figured it was because the disk, which has seen heavy use, was slowly delaminating. So after beating my head against it for 2 days, I broke down and dug out my brand new, never used copy of v13.0 that I was going to give to Ch'marr as part of the commission.
NooOOoo... it looks to be that the problem is that the copy protection doesn't like my DvD burning drive. Why now and not a year ago, I have no clue. Any other disk has no problem what-so-ever, just these two that have the "protection" on them.
I swear, when I get the money (which will be in 10 years at this rate) I'm getting a Mac. ~.~
