Attempting to recall my previous French prowess; I sent a 3 paragraph email to my language exchange partner, with half a paragraph in French. Booyah to me!
And by this, I mean, I'd very much like to try and hold onto some knowledge of a foreign language, so that one day I can travel overseas, and be able to say more than "Je ne parle pas francais!!!".
Also, the vague outline of within the next decade (as opposed to a 10 year plan), is to become a qualified pastry chef/baker, then hopefully spend time in France, expanding my knowledge. But that could all change at anytime.
