"Walk the Line" was pretty damn good. I was so impressed with the actors' singing, I went out and bought myself the soundtrack. It's actually a decent movie for a biopic. If you like Johnny Cash, you will be entertained. Superb acting all round. It was a good time.
Saturday I was able to get some overtime in and get my inbox in order. Also went iPod shopping and got a free meal at the Macaroni Grill when they messed-up my order. The low-key evening ended up out with friends at the Applebees in Bloomington and much to my dismay, my recent days caught up with me so I crapped-out early. I was so tuckered, I was asleep the instant my head hit the pillow. I am finding Bloomington to be more interesting that I originally thought. Still suburban, but with a bit more to offer than most.
Sunday was a good day at Payless, I was also severely domesticated when I got home and was able to finish 4 loads of laundry as well as getting stuff ready for the trip home for turkey day. A long phone call with a friend was a good topper to the evening. Another full nights sleep has me in a pretty good mood.
It's jeans-casual at work this week, and I only have to be here today and tomorrow. Muy divertido!
