Sometimes the Mall could resort to simple but very efficient methods for driving its inhabitants nuts. For example, having the PA system play "Happy Birthday" on repeat since 7 in the morning without pause.
Perhaps not unrelated, there is a banquet fit for a royal court in place of the Mall's fountain today, with Shura and Kaeded Nakamura at the honoured guests' seats.
