Okay, he has some technology that isn't quite there yet in the time Sailor Moon is set in (I presume 90s, and yes I am disregarding Ami's palmtop because it's apart of her Senshi uniform) and...weapons? Without a license or a means to use them? I'm especially leery about those knives, don't they place heavy restrictions on those?
