There's a galaxy called 'Latori', but that's the closest I could find.
However, I DID discover a second working of this story here.

In this version, Sailor Latorn take a back seat to the BIGGER Sue, Sailor Universe.

Sorry, my mistake. 'galaxy latori' was what Google suggested when I tried 'galaxy latorn'.
