She can manipulate the Aqua Mirror in order to hide their identities from the rest of the scouts. She can turn into a black wolf with emerald eyes. (?!?!) She can use her electricity powers outside of her sailor form. She can summon her motorcycle, even when she is dead.
Lilly: Sixth sense.
Marie: She can use the Charon Staff to open time portals.
Annoying Traits: They’re clones. All of their attacks (except when they get to Lady Quartz) are one-hit kills.
Hannah: She’s the first person to ever beat Amara in a foot race. She gets sick at a few points in the story, but it never affects her ability to fight enemies. She dies in Chapter 9, causing all of the youma to disappear for a few weeks… before she is resurrected in the next chapter for no explained reason. (It is mentioned that she may or may not have been resurrected by Sailor Pluto. But there is no indication of how she came back to life, not even a scene showing it.)
Comments: So, what we have here is a group that calls themselves the Star Scouts… but they are essentially Chibi/Neo Scouts... Huh?
Good piece of advice: If your readers can tell which canon character is your favorite in your offspring fic that should focus on everyone's children, go back to your notes.

"We're the Star Scouts!" they shouted in unison.
The Sailor Scouts gasped. "Now state your name." Sailor Emerald smirked.
"I am Girasol." the man growled.
"Really? I thought a better name would be idiotic, ugly, scum." Emerald replied. Girasol shot a beam of red energy at the young scout. She smiled and caught it in her hand, making it vanish.
"Try this." she smirked and sent a blast of green lightning at Girasol. It sent him slamming into the pavement. Sailor Scouts watched in awe as the Star Scouts flew down to him. Emerald crouched by Girasol and said in a deadly voice "Now Girasol, you have ten seconds to tell me who you work for."
"I ain't telling."
"Nine."
"NO!"
"Eight."
Silence
"Seven."
Nothing
"Six."
Still nothing
"Five."
Girasol's eyes widened when he realized the girl wasn't kidding.
"Please, spare me!"
"Four."
"I beg you!"
"Three."
"IT WAS LADY QUARTZ!" he shouted.
Emerald stopped counting and stood up. "Thank you." She turned away and looked at Ruby. "Get rid of him." she ordered. Ruby turned to Girasol and blasted him into oblivion. The Star Scouts turned to the Sailor Scouts.
"How could you just kill him like that?!" Jupiter screamed.
Emerald looked at her and replied "As long as he was alive, he remained a threat."
Jupiter started forward expecting the two year younger girl to back off. However, Emerald smirked and said "Go ahead Jupiter. Attack me."
Jupiter charged and threw a punch. Emerald blocked it with two fingers. She then grabbed Jupiter's arm and threw her back into Sailor Mercury. The Scouts were surprised when Emerald bowed politely and said "I am truly sorry for having to do that, but it was necessary in my opinion to show you that I do not back down easily." she stood straight again and finished "Now we must be going now. See you!"

Hannah sat on her window sill, looking at the sky, her eyes fixed on Jupiter as she relived memories from The Jovian Kingdom and Crystal Tokyo.
[The Jovian Princess strode into the room, well aware that she was late. Neo-Queen Serenity had ordered (something she rarely did) that all the Princesses come to a meeting with Generals from a few of the planets' satellites, such as Deimos, Phobos, Ganymede, Prometheus, Lysithea, and Naiad. However, certain events prevented her from being able to change her clothes and get to the meeting on time. So Hannah was wearing her warrior uniform, which consisted of a dark green shirt that had her Colonel badge on it, long green pants, her sword and scabbard which were attached to an brown leather belt, a green boots which were identical to the ones Sailor Jupiter wore.
Hannah passed by a group of seven Captains from Crystal Tokyo army and gave them a nod of greeting. They responded by respectfully saluting her in the Lunarian style. [So remember, don’t moon people during an anti-war protest.] She spotted Bianca, Anna, and Marie talking in a group. Kaze, Kate, Lilly, Misty, and Rini were talking in another group.
"No fair! How come you get to wear your warrior uniform, when I have to wear a dress?!" Bianca asked, mock-scowling.
"Nice to see you too, Wind Keeper." Hannah greeted her. Bianca smiled at the nickname.
"So why're you late?" Rini appeared beside her, looking up at the older girl. Hannah patted the ten year old's head fondly.
"Just some things going on in the Jovian Kingdom, little rabbit." Hannah replied.
Kaze nudged her in the side and muttered "The generals have arrived."
Hannah and the others looked up and saw several men not much older then they come in.
The men walked over to them, first bowing respectfully to the King, Queen, and Princess.
Hannah eyed them suspiciously.
The first man, about a year older than her, had brown hair and dark blue eyes. He bowed and introduced himself.
"I am General James Sodano of Ganymede." he said, looking up at Hannah, eyes mocking her.
He didn't have a clue who he was messing with.
"I am Princess Hannah Lita Elara Nike Kino, Colonel of the Lunarian and Jovian armies, and Royal heir to the Throne of Jupiter." Hannah said coldly.
She smirked when she saw James' eyes widen in shock.] [James: Oh shit, long name… threatened...]

Emerald looked up just as a blade ran her through the stomach. The Star Scouts started struggling to get through the youma to her. Her eyes glazed over as she stared at the sword in her stomach. Emerald looked up at the triumphant looking youma, and, with the last of her strength, shoved her own sword through its heart. The slain youma fell.
Emerald gritted her teeth and removed the sword, but she knew that the damage was done.
"Hannah!" Aquamarine screamed.
The Star Scouts were by their fallen leader in a flash. Ruby caught Emerald before she fell and carefully held her best friend.
"Hey…" Emerald brushed away Ruby's tears. "Don't cry. I'll always be watching over you."
"No! You can't die Hannah. You can't! Not like this." Ruby cried, tears mingling with the rain.
"I didn't want to go this way either, Lil. But it's destiny." Emerald said gently.
"This isn't your destiny, Hannah. You still have your whole life ahead of you." Aquamarine said, tears streaming down her face.
"Tell Luna Belle that I'll miss her." Emerald said weakly.
"You'll be able to tell her yourself. You'll see. Misty'll come up with something. And you'll recover from this." Tanzanite choked out.
"I'll miss you guys too, a lot. You're all like my sisters." Emerald's eyes were misting over.
"Hannah, you can't leave us!" Sapphire cried.
"This isn't goodbye, it's merely farewell." And her eyes closed and her breathing stopped. [..."Farewell" is a synonym for "goodbye". How is that different?]
"No, don't leave us! Hannah, we need you!" Amethyst begged.
All of the Star Scouts broke down crying. Ruby hugged Emerald's body tightly, sobbing.
All the while the Sailor Scouts watched in numb disbelief.
Hannah Kino, Princess of Jupiter and Leader of the Star Scouts, was dead.

It took only ten minutes for the youma to knock out Venus, Uranus, Neptune, Moon, Mercury and Mars.
Jupiter, injured, was the only one left standing.
`This is it…' she thought hopelessly as the youma swung its paw at her. She waited for the paw to connect…..but it never hit.
"Wha-?" Sailor Jupiter opened her eyes.
A green blur was cutting down youma expertly, only getting hit two or three times.
"It can't be." Jupiter whispered.
The young warrior sheathed her sword and offered out her hand to Jupiter. The Jovian soldier gaped.
"Hey mother, do you believe in miracles?" Hannah asked, grinning. [I don’t know about Lita. But I only believe in the power of deus-ex-machina.]

Her head ached and her sore ribs weren't helping. Sapphire stayed by her side diligently as the others went off to take advantage of the fog.
“Are you okay?” Sapphire asked.
“Yeah, I'll be fine. Let's go help the others.” Emerald grinned and Sapphire wore an identical expression.
“Neptune Deep Submerge!”
“Space Sword Blaster!”
“Jupiter Oak Evolution!”
“Mars Flame Sniper!”
“Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!”
“Venus Love Chain Encircle!”
The multiple attacks combined created a huge explosion. For a second the Sailor Scouts smiled, thinking they had one. But, a stream of black matter slithered out and headed right at Tanzanite, Aquamarine and Emerald. Under the cover of fog, it wrapped itself around their waists and dragged them to the ground.
“Let go of me!!” Sailor Emerald yelled, fighting to get loose.
Similar shouts and yells could be heard from the sisters. Unfortunately, the fog made it quite impossible to see them.

“Now you've made me mad.” Emerald muttered unsheathing her sword.
Lady Quartz never saw her coming. The sword went through her back and to the other side.
“It seems….that you've won…” She choked out her last words, grey eyes clouded.
Sailor Emerald pulled out her sword once she was sure that Quartz was QUITE dead. She went over and pulled Aquamarine and Tanzanite to their feet.
“We won.”

`This is it…' she thought hopelessly as the youma swung its paw at her. She waited for the paw to connect…..but it never hit.
"Wha-?" Sailor Jupiter opened her eyes.
A green blur was cutting down youma expertly, only getting hit two or three times.
"It can't be." Jupiter whispered.
The young warrior sheathed her sword and offered out her hand to Jupiter. The Jovian soldier gaped.
"Hey mother, do you believe in miracles?" Hannah asked, grinning. [I don’t know about Lita. But I only believe in the power of deus-ex-machina.]

Her head ached and her sore ribs weren't helping. Sapphire stayed by her side diligently as the others went off to take advantage of the fog.
“Are you okay?” Sapphire asked.
“Yeah, I'll be fine. Let's go help the others.” Emerald grinned and Sapphire wore an identical expression.
“Neptune Deep Submerge!”
“Space Sword Blaster!”
“Jupiter Oak Evolution!”
“Mars Flame Sniper!”
“Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!”
“Venus Love Chain Encircle!”
The multiple attacks combined created a huge explosion. For a second the Sailor Scouts smiled, thinking they had one. But, a stream of black matter slithered out and headed right at Tanzanite, Aquamarine and Emerald. Under the cover of fog, it wrapped itself around their waists and dragged them to the ground.
“Let go of me!!” Sailor Emerald yelled, fighting to get loose.
Similar shouts and yells could be heard from the sisters. Unfortunately, the fog made it quite impossible to see them.

“Now you've made me mad.” Emerald muttered unsheathing her sword.
Lady Quartz never saw her coming. The sword went through her back and to the other side.
“It seems….that you've won…” She choked out her last words, grey eyes clouded.
Sailor Emerald pulled out her sword once she was sure that Quartz was QUITE dead. She went over and pulled Aquamarine and Tanzanite to their feet.
“We won.”
