Marty Bauer is the funniest person in the world. And totally not on purpose. We were doing this regrouping drill, and Witz stopped the play to tell Jess Fischer to shoot earlier or something like that, and Marty goes, "Hey! Fishcakes! If I had a knife, would you skate right at me?!?!" And everyone on the ice is like ??? It was so totally random. And Witz goes "No, no, Marty. We're talking about the timing of our shots, not 1 on 1's" Who knows. And apparently, no one is a big fan of NJ. In the locker room, we were discussing how fucked it is, and Jill goes "it's the armpit of America" and Jess is like "I agree, and I would know cause I pretty much live there" This revelation makes me pity Roxy and Kat for ever having to inhabit such a wretched state. In fact, I pity all of Lawrenceville.
Mr. Hatfield was telling us about his dyslexia today. When he was little, everyone thought he was retarded when he was really just dyslexic. He was in all sped classes and took a short bus. We all laughed at him, which seemed to make him sad. Sorry we're so apathetic, Hatfield. Speaking of teachers, I must post the list of Suchy quotes sometime soon. They're quite good really. "Get a tank and drop it in a pond!" Ahhh... I'll miss you Mrs. Suchy. Can't wait till school is over though. Two more days, then finals. I'm going to the Commons with Paul tomorrow after school :) It's job search time ::sigh:: Should be a blast. And now it's homework time. Like the fat girl in dodge ball -
