Selling SM TOWN NYC Concert!

I am trying to sell a ticket for SM TOWN NYC this weekend! My friend just found out that she is unable to go to New York so I'm now trying to sell her ticket. Seat is Section 310, Row C seat 12 (or 11 if you have an issue with 12, I'm still going so I will be in the other seat). These are the $154USD tickets before tax and all I'm looking for is $150USD but I'm willing to work something out.
