2012 fic a fest

In a few shorts weeks we will be rolling out the carpet to began another Rose/Scorpius fic-a-thon for our 5th consecutive year, our 5th fest, and with that small milestone comes an important question:

Would you rather have a standard fic/art exchange (i.e. person x writes for person y who writes for person z etc) this year or would you like to have another prompt fest like we did last year?
