Kitty!
Today I got a kitty! My student's cousin's cat had kittens, and I got one of them. I think it's a girl, although I'm no expert at sexing kittens so I could very well be wrong (I'll find out for sure soon enough when I take her to the vet).
I don't have a name for her yet, so I'm open to suggestions. Bonus points for anything X-Files-, BSG-, or physics-related. But really, any name that strikes you as you look at her is great. Names I have thought of or that have been suggested that are currently on the table: Spooky, Schrödinger, Monday, Jasper/Jazzy, Roz (for Roslin). Carly (for Carleton).
