Happy hangover day!!

Had a pretty crazy new years. By crazy, i mean WEIRD and dramatized. The scottsdale block party was pretty cool, but not nearly as good as last year. My stupid friends didn't listen to me about meeting up before actually getting to the event, so by the time I got to the same club, it was already after midnight, and they left for whatever fucked up reason. Waiting in line for an hour to get in somewhere really sucks. i was cool for a while, because I was pretty buzzed, but when I couldn't get out of line to get more because of the stupid fence, I was pissed.

I let these two chicks cut in front of me in line, because the one had to give her boyfriend a kiss at midnight, and he happened to be one of the bartenders. I felt so bad for her, because I was trying my damnedest to get her in, but the stupid bouncers wouldn't do it unless she tipped them $100+. Yay for stupid scottsdale bullshit!

I, of course had a ton of drama to deal with as usual. *sigh* I really really would like to just be left alone and allowed to enjoy myself. It started with one guy asking if my friend I went with and I were engaged. I just said angrily, "do ya see a ring?!" He then proceeded to try and guess my name instead of asking for it like any normal human being would've done, and then shook my hand and slipped me his number. Gee buddy, haven't EVER seen that one before! *grin* That started a whole night of being hit on and literally being pulled away from my friend, so guys could dance with me. Everyone apparently had taken their high levels of testosterone!

The shittiest thing that happened was when I got to the front of the line before even getting into the club, all these short bitches kept trying to cut in front of me, so I had to get bitchy with them, and I had one dude call me extremely crude names. One of the girls that I let cut in front of me told me about it, and I just started cracking up. The poor miserable bastard must've been in his 40s and had the audacity to call ME names. She wanted to kick his ass for what he said to me, but I told her to hold up. I said, "look how miserable he is. no sense in making his life even worse." I was highly amused by this, but people stopped trying to get in front of me. normally, I'd act like a complete ass, but apparently I've grown up and didn't just spout off like I used to do. Of course, no one messes with me anyways when I get mad, so I have learned to tone it the fuck down and not get my glucocorticoid levels too high over little, ridiculous things.

At the end of the night, I couldn't find my friend anywhere for the life of me, and I was pretty drunk at this point. All these guys kept grabbing at me and trying to kiss me and let me let them take me home. I was thoroughly creeped the fuck out. By the time I found my friend again, I was so happy. I made him get me the hell out of there as quickly as possible. He soon understood when I told him what happened. The whole night was so crazy. Those are just a few of the things that stood out. I'll be damned if I can ever have a normal night when I go out...
