I waited in line starting at 3:30 a.m. this morning until 7 at Gamestop in Boardman today (Black Friday) for a Nintendo Wii. It was flippin' ridiculous. Oh well, four hours in the cold is no big deal as long as I got one ( Read more... )

I heart games. Hell, I have to show you my new tattoo when I see you next time (it's NOT inside my ass, so you've never seen it before)....

However, I HAVE to tell you, I'm very frustrated with the new tradition of making systems TOO limited around the holidays. It's just a dumbass way to build up HYPE...and Ebay sellers are the WORST part of the whole deal. Some people want these for their kids, and some (like me) are just selfish and want it for themselves. But people who buy several of them and sell them for more...it's like ticket scalpers. Douchebags.

Eh. It's alright. I'm just whining a little bit because I do it so damned well.

Anyhow, your friend Josh isn't a douche for selling a PS3. Those things are kinda pieces of shit, from what I've heard...and they're selling for at least 2 grand a piece. I'd have sold mine if I'd have picked one up.

Well my friend, My husband and I stood in line for a Nintendo Wii the night they went on sale: 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 18. We were 4th and 5th in line. So, we got two of them. While you're playing with your 8 bit and drinking your coke, I'm going to be at home playing with my Wii Wii. You're jealous, I know. :-)

Actually, I was at that Walmart that night. I saw you. But you were up in the front with the mob, so I didn't say howdy because people were crazy. I waited with D last year for the Xbox360 and got one on the first day, but I didn't feel like doing that again. However now, I've changed my mind. Honestly, I've got 12 games for the 360 that I've barely started....I should be focusing on THAT!
