Spring is just around the corner, I can feel it. Within the span of two days I have watched most of the snow around my house melt, reavealing wet brown and green earth that whispers the promise of warm spring afternoons. My new brown polka dot wedges are in my closet, and I've been scouring American Eagle, H&M and Target online for the best new spring fashions. Not to mention, my April Vouge has arrived in the mail, and if that doesn't mean spring, I don't know what does. And, to cap it all off, I've started work again, which means that I will have money, and that spring should be leaping at me in the form of new plants to sell.
Oh, and I have to write a seven to ten page reasearch paper, and I'm in charge of writing the final play for New Visions.
But my paper is going to be on fashion, because Danica wanted it to be on something realating to art, so SCORE for me. I think I'm doing it on when designers started making clothes for teenagers, and how vast the market for us teenagers is today. Or something about how Dior's New Look in 1947 totally changed fashion.
And the play shouldn't be that bad. I get to just take improv scenes and expand them, but we have to find a "common link" in the scenes to keep it form being another night of scenes like last time. It's a little stressful, but I get to come home on tuesdays after second block and just write.
And I was kinda stressing out about AP Studio, but now I have nine pieces, and I really like the direction that my concentration is going in. I'm really happy with it.
Saw the school musical last night. Def better than all other ones. Mostly because it was Travis singing, and damn, that boy can sing. But also because of you know.....BTP! And Chris. And Meg, ovb.
So after I gather up enough money, I am going shopping.
Probably sometime in April.
OH! New Catherine movie, July 07! Doesn't look like a particularly thrilling plot, but her face........nuff said. Prob gonna be a feel good movie, and I assure you..she makes me feeeeeel gooooood.
