You can try one of the following browsers, which will fix your problem

www.firefox.com
www.getfirefox.com
www.mozilla.com/firefox

First download Adaware, then download Spybot S&D.
Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs
Look for suspicious files, some you may not recognize and immediatly catch, uninstall those.
Then go into:
My Computer>Harddrive(C:)>Program Files, and look for those same folders, and other folders that may look suspcious (if you have a search bar, look for a folder by the same name of the spyware)

Restart your computer, upon restart Tap, then press and hold F8 (depending on the computer, do both)
Select Safe Mode, this prevents it from reinstalling after deletion and getting an internet connection to re-download.
Run Adaware, make sure you do a heavy search in all places
Run Spybot S&D, make sure you do a heavy search in all places
Restart computer in Safe Mode (same method)
Repeat Searches, if it still finds files, look at the names of the files ex:BonziBuddy

Go to Start, Run, regedit

Use the find function to search the registry for a part of that phrase that would appear, in this case Bonzi.

Any results that appear, delete them, only be careful about deleting the files if they COULD be something else, but if the folder is named Bonzibuddy or something similar, delete the contents of that registry entry.

After that painful process, look in Program Files one more time, make sure the things that it would catch in the spyware programs that could not be deleted in the program are not on your computer.

If you have Anti-Virus software, run it, it COULD be a virus, doubtful.

Restart your computer, you shouldn't need to do anything (don't hold F8) but if it prompts again, select the normal boot.

If spyware is not removed then reformat because I'd rather lose all my files then have spyware popup.

After all these tasks are performed and completed successfully guide yourself to www.getfirefox.com to make yourself spyware free from now on. Now you can go to your spyware infested AIM linked, lyric giving, spyware infested websites, and still come away clean from infection.

Print this out for future use.

kthnxbye
