Tomorrow morning on CBP: Larry Carlton

Dec 05, 2004 19:50

Do join us tomorrow morning for the very last episode of Colin's Bachelor Pad Season Two! As a special end-of-season-treat, I'll be covering the vast repertoire of highly prolific session player and solo artist Larry Carlton. He's worked with Steely Dan, Michael Jackson, Joni Mitchell, Herb Alpert, Quincy Jones and The Crusaders, among others. He's created award-winning solo jazz and blues albums. He's survived being shot. He's been playing the guitar for fifty years.

Larry and yours truly,
looking disoriented at the Catalina jazz clubIt's bound to be a rollicking time, so don't forget to tune in tomorrow and, of course, be sure to watch the KCSB schedule in the winter to see when I'll be back! Hopefully, my new time slot will be more reasonable. (The show is streamable online via KCSB’s webcast on which you can tune in with Winamp, iTunes, Realaudio, etc.)
