Hi! My name is Katie, and I'm 16 years old. I am a perpetual lover of jazz (and music in general, of course!) and play bass in my local jazz ensemble. Although I like all types of jazz, I'm really getting into Weather Report and the Zawinul Syndicate at the moment. I had just seen the Syndicate in concert (my ensemble performed in the Tri-C jazzfest) and it was mindblowing. It was the best concert i've ever attended, and if you ever get the chance to see them, GO! You won't regret it!
