New Orleans was fun...I was in a laid back mood, though. Ran into some real special folks watching the parade. My throat burns today from all the smoke in such a close area, though :-( Didn't really drink at all, just enjoyed the company and avoided the Bourbon Juice the best I could. It was great having the people on the floats drop whole bags of beads right into it so that it sprays into your eyes and mouth. Don't worry, I probably only caught two STD's from it. Geez. IHOP trip on the way home and then a nice sleep...hooray.
Lots of stuff to do today, practicing, homework, laundry, cleaning, library work, etc etc etc...it'll be a nice relaxing day nonetheless.
Found out last night that a good family friend of ours, Rudy Emilson, passed away from cancer a couple of days ago. I've known him since I was a baby. Sad day. Hope my parents are ok.
Anyways...not the greatest segue into this, but...
Lame survey time...just because I can...
