What to do with the winter...
Damn, i don't know what to do with myself. What little plans that I did have for the winter are now shot, so i'm kind of at a loss as far as that goes. A bit bummed too, was looking forward to what I had going on, but oh well, some decisions aren't mine to make.
But alas, a Plan B has been formed.
A friend of mine brought up a good point: Phoenix. I had budgeted away a good chunk of change, and if i'm not going to use it for what I planned, midas well blow it on myself. I should be able to cover 4 or 5 days of fun and adveture with it, flight included, and coming up with cash for a rental car shouldn't be a problem in the 2 or so months i'll have before I would go. Still looking at everything in the planning stage now, have to contact some people down there and get some dates rolling, but I do believe it will be vacation tyme come February or March.
I truly miss my desert wonderland. I shall return to you soon...
