Greetings, everyone!
Allow me to introduce myself. Nicholas D. Wolfwood, at your service! I'm a priest by trade, and also a business man of sorts. Well, I'm only a businessman because I have to make money for our church, which kind of doubles as an orphanage.
Speaking of which, does anyone want to buy a portable confessional? They're cheap, and the

And as for whether they're cheap or not, you're not going to buy one, so why should you care?
Pleased to meet you by the way. It's so nice to know that the people here are so damn welcoming.

Yeah, but see, you're trying to sell it by saying it's cheap. So I'm asking how cheap it can get; curiousity doesn't hurt.
You're awfully welcome. :D

And to tell the truth, wherever I try to promote it, no one seems particularly interested, even when I tell them it's for a good cause. Unfortunately, there's not many other ways a priest can make money that's acceptable to the church.
How cheap can it get? Really, any little bit counts.
You're a very interesting person, did you know that?

Uh well. People aren't interested in documenting their sins. They don't see the point of buying a portable confessional so that they can think about how to be a saint day after day. And anyway, the confessional doesn't come with a priest now, does it?
Huh.
... I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

No, I wasn't being sarcastic. You're very interesting. We barely know each other and yet you're already bringing up your skepticism toward religion and other deep conversation topics. Not very many people skip the small talk and go straight to the big stuff, you know.

Ah, sorry. I guess that would be my supposed bad habit. I don't believe in a god, and I'm pretty sceptical of anyone who claims that there is one. ... At least, not on my world; apparently, there are gods on this community.

Perfectly understandable. It's hard to believe in something that you have to take on faith... Not many people are willing to believe in something they can't see or touch. I have trouble with it myself.
There are gods here? What do you mean?

Why did you become a priest if you have trouble with religion? There're always other career options.
Ah, you're new, so you haven't seen them yet. There are gods from a mythology of the various 'Earths'; I think they called it Greek mythology. There's Aphrodite, Athena, Eris... Loki and Ragsiel are also gods.

It's not that I have trouble with religion. It's just that sometimes I'm not sure of my faith. I've been through a lot of things in my life, and much of it has left me wondering what to believe. Most of the time I try not to worry about it, but every now and then it comes back and nags at me. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why I'm a priest myself. I guess I figured that I had screwed up my life enough already... it was about time to try to turn it around.
Ah, right, the other worlds. Someone explained that to me. So everyone here is from a different world? That's very interesting.

Believe in what suits you the best, I suppose. There's no point in being torn apart about something that doesn't affect you directly or tangibly. So good for you if you believe that your god will help you in your life, same thing if you don't think so but continue to believe anyway. Although that would be kind of pointless, there.
Some of the people here come from the same worlds, but yeah. There're a lot of people from different worlds here.

I'm glad we've reached an impasse. You believe what you believe, and I'll believe what I believe. Everybody wins.
