My New Diet

- tomatoes for the skin
- green tea (iron deficiency, take note) as antioxidant
- grapes (iron deficiency, take note) as antioxidant
- green leaves for mental health

- egg for protein
- meat for protein

- one cup of rice per meal only

- avoid salty foods
- avoid oily foods

:)

That's it for now, I've got more researching and knowing to do. :p
