everybody has a studyguide, everybody has one last packet of junk to help their grade (if they do it), finals are approaching and my finals are *done* (core questions are done, still need individual questions for the freshman. 2 more class days, 3 finals, two clean up and turn in grades ( Read more... )

A little bit of yes, and a whole lot of no. My original intent was to type out the whole article but then thought about whether I had permission to do so. Then just realized the oddness of where her story was placed and remembered how I had worried about reading someone's name in the casualties list.

I was in a wierd funk that night and thought I'd share with the rest of you who read it how I feel every night when I get to that part of the paper. In retrospect, I suppose I was trying to be funny in a rather cruel and bastardly sort of way. I do believe Miranda will beat me something fierce when she reads it though, so I'll get mine.

i still love ya, I was just a wee bit pissed too. it must be stressful to see and hear the news before anyone else, especially when it is in relation to friends. Hope it gets less stressful for you, some how.

Are you free in July or August? I'll likely need to take two days off work to make the trip worthwhile and won't have enough leave until around that time. Lemme know so I can start looking for tickets.

July is best, I start work pretty early in August (7th or so). I'M SO EXCITED!!!! you wanna go to the top of pikes peak?

Hey, Are there any blackout weekends or weekdays in July I need to know about (I'm thinking 27-30 of July)? I plan on buying all my plane tickets after I get my next paycheck. Also, mom was interested in seeing you too, but can't due to other plans and possible financial reasons. I'm wondering if labor day would work for you since I'm fairly certain she can do it then. I'm thinking you probably won't be free since you said you had training, but thought I'd take the shot anyways.

And whatever Pikes Peak is, I'm game, so long as I don't have to run from bees down a mountain side like I did last time I went on an outing.
