So I remembered how much I love ramen noodles with chicken and carrots. I have a really specific way of making it and it's delicious. I was talking to someone about it and they said they add an egg to the ramen while it's cooking, stir up the egg, and make ramen egg-drop. I tried it and it's really good. Other ideas I've heard involve soy sauce, lemon juice, scallions, baby corn, ham, and in one case, stir-frying.

THEY ALL SOUND SO DELICIOUS. I'm a big fan of delicious, cheap, three-minute food. Who else adds things to their ramen? Share your genius.
