Denver, Colorado and Laramie, Wyoming!
The far north... Ah, well. It's not as far north as I will be in a week, but it is still pretty dang far up here. I mean, the temperature outside is a warm and toasty 3 degrees right now! The perfect weather for flipflops and shorts, especially with the six new inches of snow to boot! XD
Ah, but I don't mind it much. After all, I have a pair of wood stoves to keep fed and driveways to shovel for my friend here in Laramie while I have stayed at their house for the past couple of nights. This trip has been a series of good luck strokes, and it seems to not be letting up just yet either! I'm off to Denver again tomorrow morning to hang with a boyhood friend of mine who lives there before catching the train up to Chicago next. Once in the Windy City, I'll be under the hospitality of the Chicago Fire Department and be staying in their care at a station or two until heading further east to New York City on Thursday night.
I've been far to busy to load the loot from my camera onto the computer. I'll do that on the train tomorrow evening.
So now you all know where I've been! Winter be damned, I'm having a blast!!!
