Horrible, isn't it?
My two modes of transportation, Notaxe in the foreground.... And my trusty Ranger pickup behind him. Its almost imposable to tell I'm a firefighter, huh?
This one and the next one are the most recent, taken just earlier today after I rode about two or so hours down to Tuolumne County to chill with friends. Yes, this is out front of a fire station (one of said friends were still on-duty.) On a side-note, this new jacket of mine is simply awesome. Not only does it fit fantastic, look sexy, and provide great protection, but it's incredibly warm too! I got caught sticking around a bit later than I had originally planned, which meant I started back for home after dark. 52 degrees is what the bank sign in Jackson said as I rode past... Factor in the wind chill of traveling an average of 60 MPH? I'm quite certain my other jacket would have left me as an ice cube. :P
On request from
yelth. She wanted a picture of me astride Notaxe. Naturally, I happily cooperated. :)
Something a bit different. On walking around the deserted Harrah's Rincon hotel and casino while down in San Diego fighting the Poomacha fire, I was rather surprised to see this Honda cousin to
my motorcycle sitting quietly in one corner of an otherwise empty parking garage. It's hard to think such a beauty would be abandoned so carelessly, but here it sat. I had my cell phone with me, allowing me to snatch the picture.
Too bad I forgot to put my passenger seat back on after pulling my camera out! Oh well. A friend and me on a ride through Auburn a little while back. She rides a Kawasaki Ninja 250.
