Insomnia last night so took the day off work. Achieved nothing, but did rest.

Chrissie might be back if the rumors are right. Yay.

Pike diagnosed me with “a diagnosable, treatable, mood disorder”. He says I should seek counselling and that he will talk to me sometime this week.
