keep saying i am going to write here but i don't. I don't write anywhere.
So...
Work: Slightly reduced days at sheltered workshop sees me back at Posh Christian school one day a week, likely to increase to two soon. Been there more than a year now.
Monday: Do not recall anything interesting happening apart from computer crash which took two hours to repair. Need to replace, hardworking, loyal but ultimately out of date clunker. have to play GW2 on lowest graphics settings.
Tuesday: Trained at SCG nets with Barts for 2 % 1/2 hours, clearly did not think that was enough, so went to hit golf balls for half an hour with Sprout after in preparation for Sundays golf tourney.
Wednesday: Went and saw Raiders of the Lost Ark on big screen at Ritz with John Rhys-Davies Q&A after. Man is quite amusing and quite a talker. Have not seen raiders on big screen since i first saw it. Still holds up beautifully and looks great.
Thursday: Got caught in junior school stop motion video project, and had some non-IT related insight because of years on and off wrestling editing software into submission (or at least grudging compliance). Suspect new manager to make this my full time problem. Not looking forward to this. Got some time on GW2 although was distracted by constant talking.
Friday: Earlier in the week i foolishly told SCG/SFS that i was available to work NRL final if they were short. 10 mins later they called back assigning me shift. Did not make me supervisor thankfully, i think they have got the message that i am not interested in that bollocks for an extra 80c/hr. Saw note from supervisor against my name as i was signing out. Said "He is The Best" (his caps not mine). The Professional would be so proud.
Saturday: Cricket training. The Russian came back from trip to Eastern Europe with new (and wonderful) aggressive attitude both with bat & ball. Got chased down leg side with bouncer from him which i failed to play with bat and took on point of elbow instead. Ripple of nausea came over me, lost feeling in lower arm & hand, came out of the net injured for first time ever. Bruise black in ten minutes at point of contact. Went home and iced/elevated for about 4 hours. Painful and cannot flex properly. Cannot reach mouth with left hand, have to smoke with right.
Sunday: Barts Golf day. Terribly slow going, lost interest by 10th, entire group gave up by 14th. Hit some good strokes, difficult to tell how good i was playing with Ambrose rules, six over after nine holes was not terrible. Hitting straight with negligible draw/fade, need to work on aim again. Reached L28 with GW2 toon.
