i have slept maybe 2 hours since monday morning. still not tired. roughly 75 hours now. the little worker in my brain who's job is to hit the off switch at the end of the day has abandoned his post. defected. a rehired scab at a barehanded plant. some bastard is getting twice as much sleep because of this. I will track you down little worker man. no one escapes the communist state that is my brain... except for all those brain cells. yes the state is collapsing on itself, the system is failing, and the citizens are seeking refuge in a far away land. the cigarette is their underground railroad. the beer bottle their steamboat, something to stow away on and make it to the land of opportunity. we were fools to think these crazy ideals could work.
