First, the boots come flying, discarded in roughly the direction of the sideboard near the door, but eventually ending up one in the kitchen, the other at the doorframe, and for not the first time Jensen wonders how Jared has even survived living without him - by now, he would have expected him to have tripped over some carelessly placed rucksack, a single shoe or, heck, the cord of his hair dryer (and yes, he has one, for which Jensen will never stop mocking him, he has decided) and broken his neck. Surprisingly, the 6'4'' giant hasn't managed that yet, and even if Jensen occasionally suspects he's only as untidy because he likes watching the older man clean, he still does it with simply a roll of his eyes and a couple of stabs in his direction. It works rather well for them this way, he can't deny that.
Either way, that particular evening, even Jensen is too tired to do much of anything anymore, and so his jacket only goes as far as the next available chair and his shoes neatly next to another below it, before he groans and stretches his arms over his head, duly noting the little cracking sounds his bones make. If Jared had heard then, he would have had a comment or two about it, but by now Jen's favorite giant is halfway to the bedroom already, or at least that's what the trail of his bag, jacket and hoodie suggests. Messy or not, Jensen can't help but smile softly as he follows the trail to the bed, where Jared's flopped down face first and doesn't show the slightest sign that he will ever move again.
A smirk on his lips, Jensen can't really blame him as he has to stifle a yawn himself and lazily rubs at his itchy eyes. Going back to a sixteen hours a day shooting schedule can be tiring, and even Jared's childlike enthusiasm can only make up for the lack of sleep and keep the bruises in check for so long, after all. And getting thrown through walls every here and there does undeniably get a little tiring.
Yet, Jensen resists the urge to fall down dead next to Jared for now, and instead makes his way over to prod Jared's leg, which is half falling off the bed already, which earns him a rather inarticulate "nngh”", even if he doesn't move the slightest. “You're going to fall out of the bed,” Jensen points out very matter of fact, which doesn't get a reaction at all, and, with a grin on his face, he tries another method. Taking another step forward, he leans over Jared's face, half buried in the pillow, and whispers "You want me to wake up all by myself in the morning?"
This time, Jared actually huffs and turns onto his side, so he can look up at Jensen, who can't help but smile: mussed hair, half-lidded eyes and an overall too adorably sleepy expression ... Jensen leans in to steal a soft kiss, before he stands up straight again. "C'mon, let's get you out of these clothes at least, what do you say?"
Jared nods his agreement and grins lazily as he lets Jensen pull him up into a sitting position before he straddles his younger lover's lap and starts pushing up the hem of Jared's shirt. "Arms up, you big baby," he orders, and albeit chuckling, Jared complies and Jensen pulls the shirt over his head before he can shake his head and hair like a wet dog, grinning from ear to ear. "Dork," is Jensen's amused response, as he leans in for another kiss while his hands have already started working on the buckle of Jared's belt before he makes short work of his fly as well and pulls away from a mewling/protesting Jared to stand up again.
His lower lip sticking out in a delicious pout, Jared isn't at all fine with that, but Jensen just laughs lightly. "You don't really want to sleep in jeans, do you?" At which the younger one tilts his head to the side, sleep addled mind thinking that over, before he shakes his head. "Naw," he mumbles eventually, and Jensen, still grinning, grabs first one, then the other pants leg and starts pulling them off of the brunette, who helpfully bucks his hips off the bed and puts all the wrong (or right, if they both hadn't been feeling well half past dead right now) ideas in Jen's head.
A shake of his head to try and ignore those, not without calling Jared a tease, though, at which he just blinks innocently. "No idea what you are talking about, Jen..." He trails off and shrugs his shoulders, causing the other to roll his eyes as he starts peeling the socks off him. Wrinkling his nose, he dangles them at an arm's length before him. "I swear, your socks could kill a whole army," he says and pulls a face. Jared just wriggles his toes, which earns him a chuckle from Jensen and one sock thrown at his face. Some theatrical gagging noises later, Jared mumbles something along the lines of “Got a point there, old man.” and pulls his knees up to his chest when Jensen begins tugging the covers back.
"I always do," he gives back in faux surprise that Jared might ever doubt that. Chuckling, Jared nods vividly. "I know, I know, oh wise ol' Jen." He bows his head before him, snickering, and Jen prods his head back. "Get under the covers now, kiddo, it's past your bedtime." "Yes, mom." Rolling his eyes but chuckling amused still, Jared crawls under the covers Jensen holds up for him, then pats the spot beside him and looks up at him. A smirk on his lips, Jensen presses a kiss to Jared's forehead, who mewls in approval and wraps his arms around the other man before he gets the chance to pull back, and instead pulls him in for a deep, loving kiss.
By the time their lips part again, both are smiling lovingly and slightly dazed, and without wasting much more time, Jensen gets rid off his clothes as well, all under Jared's appreciative gaze. He will never get tired of that sight, that much he knows, the play of Jensen's muscles when he pulls that shirt over his head... Jared doesn't even try not to stare, and instead just grins when Jen winks at him. "Bed?" Jared then asks, and Jensen nods. "Bed." Without further ado, he drops onto the mattress next to the younger man, who gladly pulls the covers over the two of them and snuggles up to his co-actor turned best friend turned room mate slash boyfriend, sighing contently as he does.
"Better than sleeping in jeans on the floor?" Jensen asks in return as he wraps his arms around the other, who nods sleepily and simply enjoys the warm body pressed up against him from behind, and Jensen's hand resting on his stomach. "Much better," he mumbles, as he feels the other man's lips against the back of his neck. "Love you, Jen," he whispers as he cranes his neck slightly, and Jensen takes the cue to lean up and press another kiss to his lips. "Love you too, Jay."
