Movie Stuff...
Now that Stallone has gone and made a new Rocky movie he's now going to go make a Rambo movie. =P Here are some pictures. The first picture looks OK but the second picture is.... "ewwww look at his face"!
I read recently that Arnold is going to be executive producer for Terminator 4 and has signed something to give the new studio the rights to use his likeness in the movie (for a CG version of the T800 I'm guessing). But I'm like.... do we really need another Terminator movie? I think Terminator 2 was a good stopping point for the series and 3 was totally unneeded and also not very good compared to T2. The CG terminator endoskeletons also looked weak compared to the older actual model versions especially their weapons which got downgraded from semi automatic burst type to single shot models. Maybe if they made the models and weapons more like T2 and made the movie a war epic totally set in the future when man is fighting machine that might be OK but for now I remain skeptical.
I caught Evil Dead 2 on the FLiX channel recently and I'm reminded of just how awesome that movie was. In my opinion it was even better than Army of Darkness.*gasp*? Yes I think I kind of prefer Evil Dead 2 over Army of Darkness.They are talking about making a remake of Evil Dead but I'm not sure that's exactly a good idea. Bruce Campbell might make a movie where people irl are confusing him for Ash and him having to deal with monsters for real. That might be interesting.
I've read recently that Danny Trejo has said yes to the Machete movie (one of the fake trailers played with Grindhouse). That is pretty cool to me but here I was thinking that was already a done deal and they where going ahead with it but I guess it's just now more official.
