so aric called me at 2 this morning, drunk and funny. he said he needed to talk to someone so that he wouldn't drive home because he was way too drunk. we talked about how long it's been since we've seen each other, and he said he feels really bad about that and misses me. he's visiting family in texas in a few weeks and he said we have to see each other before he leaves. his brother-in-law got on the phone for a minute while we were talking, and aric made me say hi to him. i did, and we exchanged how are you's, etc. he told me i sounded beautiful so I said thank you, and then he asked why i didn't come party with them. i told him i would've except aric didn't call me until 2 am, and then i laughed, but aric got back on the phone and said he felt so bad about that and wanted to see me. he had to hang up after about 15 minutes or so, and he asked me to call him tomorrow so we could try and work something out and see each other. i'm happy. i miss him, and if he ends up moving to texas like he said he might, i'm going to be sad.
