*gasp* What is this, two real posts in one month now! (also xposted to Buzz).
This was tonight's dinner.
http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2011/04/chicken-and-leek-pasties-recipe.html I used pre-made roll out pie crusts because I had them on hand and they really needed to be used.
But it was very VERY good. And very easy overall to make. I just don't quite have the leek prop thing down right. I should have re-watched Alton Brown showing how to clean them up to get all the sand out without making a mess to cut them all up later. :P
But overall, the recipe is very much a keeper.
