Picked up my car. Yay for things being fixed. Came back home. Hung around. Dinner with my parents. Mmm. Sweet and sour meatballs. :D Hung around. Talked to Lauren; we made plans to get breakfast the next morning at Double T and do a little catching up. Watched about half an hour of Braveheart and went to bed around 12:30, because I knew I had a pretty long day ahead of me.
Friday, March 11
Woke up bright and early. 7:30. Jeez. Haven't done that in a while. Showered. Did my hair. Got ready. Left to meet Lauren at Double T around 8:30. We both had omlets. Mmm. How I miss Double T and their greasy-ness. Caught up a bit. Lauren's been busy with school work, Screamin' Deamons (which is mostly over now that basketball season is finished up), and her sorority stuff. She's doing well, and enjoying school. We headed out a little before 9:30. Got home. Dropped off a couple of things, and headed out with my mom to the Hagerstown outlets. After the hour-long drive, we did some shopping, grabbed lunch, shopped more, picked up some Dairy Queen, more shopping, then left around 3:30. I made out pretty well with that trip - button-down, 3/4-length collared shirt with coral-colored flowers; matching colored cardigan sweater (also 3/4-length sleeves); cropped black and white pin-stripe pants; grey "plaid" pants with off-white, black, pale purple and pink lines; purple sweater to match; dried apricots (my favorite purchase of the day). Made it over to the mall. Shopped for make-up for a little while with my mom. Went to Journeys to check out some new sneakers. Wanted my Pumas again. Best shoes. Found a good pair. Fit well. $70. (Eek.) Headed out to Mangia to meet my dad for dinner, sporting my new black and white Pumas. :D Stopped at home for a couple of minutes before heading over to school to pick up Kacie from practice. Talked to Glover for a few minutes. Sankey told me he gave Kac my two tickets for the play. Took Kac to get some food (always an adventure; we went to Safeway where she bought a Hungry Man dinner and we picked up some knishes for us to make :D) and stopped at Blockbuster where we had hoped to get Ladder 49, but, of the six or more rows of the movie cases, none of them were in stock. Picked out Saved! instead, a little weary of Annie watching it, but figured it'd be good for her. Saw Divya; chatted for a little while. I miss that kid. Headed to Annie's around 9 (an hour later...) with the movie, ready for some fun. Kac made her Hungry Man meal. We made the knishes, with some questioning from Mrs. Macheel...Went downstairs. Watched Saved!. I took a bathroom break. Kac and Annie tried to hide in the closet and scare me. Definitely moved way too much to leave me in suspense. We made our craft that Annie had planned - decorating foam visors. I made a Jesus hat, because I was so inspired by the movie. (:P) It's a green visor. Says "Jesus" on it. I wore it all night. Annie made her "Mac" hat - colorful as usual. Kac couldn't figure out what to decorate hers with, so she left it undecorated for a while. Talked to TJ for a few minutes as Kac and Annie hid under the ping-pong table playing with balloons...Sketchy, as they usually are. :P Glover showed up a little after 11. She decorated Kacie's hat, because I already decorated her's - "I *heart* Steph". :D We all hung out until a little after 11:30, and Annie herded us out in secret, because Annie's just really special like that. I took Kac home, picked up my Fiddler tickets, and came home a bit after midnight. Finished watching Braveheart, and headed off to sleep.
Saturday, March 12
Woke up. Ate breakfast. Hung out. Watched Dick Tracy. Ate lunch. Showered. Hung out. My dad watched The Italian Job, but I didn't think I could handle another movie at the time, so I skipped it. Went to see The Jacket with my parents. Good movie. Quite the plot line...But it was good. Plus, Adrien Brody is really hot. Ooh. Trailer for Fever Pitch. Definitely going to have to see that. Jimmy Fallon + Boston Red Sox = movie magic. After the movie we went to Eggspecation for dinner. Mmm. Eggs, bagels, bacon, and potatoes. Yummy. Came home. Been hanging around. Debating whether to watch a movie or not. Maybe throw Back to the Future in in the background. Maybe watch one of my own. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
Going to Bagel Bin with my parents around 11:30 tomorrow. Heading back to IUP from there. Anxious to get back. Not so excited about classes again, but it'll be something to do, at least. Home again next weekend. :D Have my nice new outfit to wear. :P Talked to Andrew today - he's 95% sure he's going to come visit me during his spring break. :D Talked to Kevin today, too. Made him jealous that TJ is working with the Pirates this summer. Never realized Kev was a Pittsburgh baseball fan..."Sadly", in his words. Won't get to see him next weekend because he's going to UVA to see Emily that weekend. He'll be in Pittsburgh during his spring break (the same week as Andrew); I told him he should come visit me. I tell that to everyone...See how far it's gotten me...?

P.S. - The fourth season of The West Wing comes out in April. :D Too bad there's no ocassion for my grandparents to buy it for me, so I won't be able to get it for months, until I make some money this summer. :( There's always Chanukah for the fifth season...
