Just thought of another SUPER easy recipe. Trifle! There are many varieties people make, but I am partial to strawberry. YUM. Here is one that's gotten rave reviews:

Strawberry Trifle1 package instant vanilla (or cream cheese flavored) pudding mix

I like my trifle sprinkled with a little brandy to add some flavor. You could probably use another alcohol, too, if you wanted.
