Hromnice Day
The event yesterday in Shattered Oad was a very good one. It had fighting for the fighters, classes for others, a good silent auction (I got a big art book!) & very friendly people in attendance. I had a great time, and enjoyed the lovely site very much.
The day was crowned by Court, in which I was surprised, honored and pleased to get into the Order of Tyr, which conveys a Grant of Arms for service. I do not do the things I do to get awards, but I am humbled to think others think so highly of the things I do. I enjoy helping others regardless of what I get out of it - it makes me happy to bring others smiles. I am proud to join other Tyrs who feel the same way.
