Who'd have thunk it?

I've decided what I'm going to do for Halloween this year...I'm going as the guy in the board game Operation. I'll be cutting the various game pieces out of felt and velcroing them to tan pants and/or a pink shirt. What I want to know is...who would have thought it would be so hard to find large graphics of some sort for the pieces? Come on people!! You're supposed to make this easy on me. LOL

I'll make sure to post pictures when I have it completed.
