Happy Monday
- May is to be an interesting month. I can feel it in my bones. Here it is only the third, and already things are changing.
- Today is day 56 without a cigarette. Yay for me! Susano_otter has gone even longer. I'm very proud of him. The cravings are just about gone. It's more like an itch in the very back of my mind. I often forget about it. Usually in the car I'll remember. I imagine that a smoke would be really good, but then I remember the taste and the smell.
- Work is good so far. Had an interesting weekend. We had someone trying a DOS attack (Denial of Service) on one of our customers. That was defused. Then there was the idiot customer who was convinced that he needed a full restore from backup. I talked him down from that ledge, and figured out that he just had a problem with his code on a specific page. Argh! Some people should not be webmasters.
- Doing some eBay sales. It's nice for a little bit of spending money. Might even gather enough for a tank of gas. I must remember, however, to check my shipping fees. I sold some candles and charged $4 for shipping, and it ended up costing me $11 to ship it.
- Pup is doing great. We're on a break from training classes. They start back up at the end of the month.
Well, back to work. It's just after 5pm. I hope everyone leaves soon so I can watch "School of Rock". I've heard good things about this movie.
