(no subject)
Alright...I got a job.
Im glad, but yet...this is going to change my life.
The job is through a staffing agency, so Im not quite sure of the PLACEMENTS name.
But I know its 11 hours a day. 7 days a week. For 8 dollars an hour.
Im 22 and I rather work a 4-10 job and go to school than work 11 full hours.
6AM to 430PM.
All my partying days will be HALTED. And I gotta do it.
My motivation is MONEY so that I can either FIX MY CAR or get a new one. And so I can move out of my Moms house (again) and buy my own place.
So if you ever hear me complaining about it...just remind me that if I dont STICK TO MY DUTY that I will most likely be living with my Mom forever. And I know I dont want that so it'll encourage me to work hard.
I dont know when I start yet, they gotta call me back. But after my first day I'll let ya know how it all goes down. Im sure I'll just be trained for the first few days.
I passed my drug tests which was awesome. And they can randomly test me so I probably wont smoke for a long time (which could be both good and bad) and since I'm having to get up before 6AM every stinkin' day to work 11 hours...I dont think I can get DRUNK like I enjoy doing (which could also be a good thing).
Hopefully once I get my own place...and Im SOMEWHAT stable financially I will look for a different job that gives me more flexibility for BEING YOUNG again. Im almost 23, not 30. But we'll see how things go.
