Squib in a 1911 barrel, originally uploaded by SMJayman.
This is the aftermath of two bullets stacked in the bore. Shooter was fine, but barrel and bushing are done. Gun was recoverable. I forgot to mention it earlier, but it happened at this month's USPSA match.
