I don't even know how to work the spoiler thing on this so um. Let me know if you are suddenly scarred by what's outside the cut. I think it's only a spoiler if the answer is yes. In which case there's nothing you don't already know. Yeah.
Has anyone read Garth Ennis's Preacher?
And is up on Supernatural?
So. Who thinks Kripke has read Preacher, too? I first started wondering when the rogue angels made themselves known, raised an eyebrow on the whole discussion about whether God was dead/hiding/whatever, and now there's a half-demon kid to round it out.
Fortunately, I think, I can't actually remember how Preacher ended (at least nothing that doesn't concern swordfish dude and Arseface) and even if I did, there's a different cast of characters so it would have to play out differently anyway.
But I'm not completely crazy, am I? Or is this the plot of every Heaven v. Hell story ever and I just haven't been paying attention?
