Dammit -- I WANT the Supernatural spoilers. I missed it because of a Mothers Club meeting, and none of the men in my house could remember to start a tape for me!

What's going on with Guy who sits next to you?

I'll send chocolate (as opposed to $200)

OMG, thanks. A few weeks ago, I was trying to explain one of our professors to an upperclass and said, "Oh, well if you watched Battlestar Galactica, he's got the exact same hair as one of the characters," and the Guy looks at me and goes, "Baltar?"

I almost jumped him right there.

ooooh, Supernatural season one. Woo! I hope you're enjoying it, although watching with only candles as the thunderstorm went by -- gutzy girl. :D I liked the write up of your day, and that Guy... he seems like he could be interesting to talk to/get to know.

I'm sorry about the mood swings, hopefully they lessen for you, but at least you can see them and identify them so you have a handle on it. *hugs*

You know how long I've been carting around SPN Season 1 so I was glad to finally find the right box and get started on it. ;) I think Dean's hilarious and I'm pretty much over wanting to cut Sam's hair every time he comes onscreen. It requires a very high suspension of disbelief (the show itself, not Sam's hair) but the unintentional hilarity factor (or maybe it's intentional, the show seems to know that it's a little ridiculous) more than makes up for it. It's really great to just watch and enjoy. Also, I got through six episodes last night, so they really do just kind of fly by. *grin* I would ask for fic recs, but I think I'm going to wait 'til I finish the first season so I don't trip over any spoilers. (Also, I was watching at the computer and I kept pushing back in my chair because I get more freaked out by "things jumping out" than anything grotesque, and I don't have nearly as much space between me and the computer screen as I do between me and the television. But I still hold that candles, darkness, and popcorn is ( ... )

::hugs::

You could have gone to the place that gives you pizza with half a sub or half a sub with a pizza and they had ice cream.

Next weekend you have your fall break, and we are going to have lots and lots of fun and geekery, so thats something to look forward to? :-)

I know! I could have gotten all kinds of free stuff. Next time!

Fall break! Yay! I already have almost all my torts done for next week and I just have one Property class and one Contracts class to survive. And a legal writing project. So the countdown begins!

It uh, took a few weeks to overtake it, but you know what they say about the tortoise and the hare.

Alas, the Guy Next to Smitty has a girlfriend, but he's a fun buddy. I'm sort of amused that he never mentions her, though.

Alas, the Wallflowers are just too indy for kareoke. Rebel, Sweetheart is worth checking out, too. Have you seen the light of the Scissor Sisters and Guster yet?
