I Hate the North

There is already 6 inches of snow on the ground, it's still snowing with no sign of letting up. I had to drive in to work today. That was fun. I only live approx. 15 miles from base...I left at 4:45...the lights were out. The street lights were out...ice all over. It took me 45 minutes. Of course the north is stupid and didn't have the city plow the streets. I spun out twice, thanks to the dick in the F150 who had snow tires, and a snow plow on the front of his truck...that dude was going 50, which is already 10 miles over the speed limit, asswipe cut me off. The rental car we have has horrible tires that kept spinning out if I broke 25 mph. I have to go out to the flightline too. I really miss Florida right about now. It would be nice weather to enjoy if I had the day off. I would get to see Kali run around in her shirt...Official Snow Dog. Too cute.

I got an e-mail from Davis. She sent me some pictures from her depolyment. I am happy to hear from her and know that she is safe.
